In 2001 Dr. Leo Perra was honoured to be a recipient of “The Order of British Columbia” in recognition of his outstanding corporate and community leadership.
Now as The Executive Network’s Managing Partner for the Lower Mainland Region of BC, Leo brings his customers and clients in the public and private sectors a wealth of senior level consulting expertise and experience to assist them with executive search, corporate growth and board governance needs.
Leo Perra served for 20 years as the President and CEO of Selkirk College and, more recently, as Executive Director of several notable provincial and federal commissions of inquiry. In addition to his extensive corporate management and administration roles, he has served in many capacities on provincial and regional associations and committees.
Leo is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, a Certified Professional Motivators Analyst and a Strategist for The Executive Network’s Solutions 4 Growth corporate development program. Leo is a graduate of the Carver “Policy Governance Academy” that focuses on the development and improvement of governance practices of organization boards in the public and private sectors.
Leo has led many policy governance workshops and assisted organizations with implementing and improving policy governance and executive implementation in their organizations. This is an area of special interest to Leo.
Leo’s academic credentials include a PhD in information systems from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; an MA in administrative leadership from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia; and a B.Ed from the University of Alberta.
